Post Delivery Exception

So on 20th June I got an email saying "Delivery Exception" with no information about what this is or what I should do. The tracking has not updated since and I would like to know what's going on with my parcel, where it is and is there anything I should do? My tracking number is: AS913816273CN

AS913816273CN arrived UK customs in London on Jun 20. It is in the hand of Royal mail.

You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
