Hi I just ordered something from the US long ago, when tracked here it says:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel No.LJ915935137US tracking result

2016-10-22 08:26:00.0 USA received
2016-11-04 14:38:06.0 arrive Dongguan 石碣 delivery office
2016-11-04 17:55:29.0 Dongguan 石碣 attempt delivery

What does this mean, will I claim it at the Dongguan delivery office?

1. Yes please go there as soon as possible before they ship back to USA your parcel.

2. Bring the tracking with you.

it arrived Dongguan on Nov 4. if your receiver did not get it, ask him contact China post office in 石碣 and inquiry delivery detail. I guess the parcel failed delivery and was returned.
