Post Delivery attempt failed

I would like to inquire regarding my item tracking number RS732078399CN. After ship notified me that ther was a failed delivery attempt. I would like to know the current location of my item and any further information regarding the delivery of my item and when and where will i recieve it. Thankyou

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel now is in your local Philippines Post Office . You need contact Philippines Post and pickup the parcel immediately.
