Hello.

LX211095305CN

The tracking page claims delivery at the 3rd of August.

But i have never received anything.

What are the options please?

Before any of the agents or admins can answer your question. You must put the tracking number in, so they can help you with your enquiry

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX211095305CN shows the parcel was delivered by Germany Post(DHL paket). You need contact DHL paket for delivery detail.

Still a problem though: The link is dead. The tracking side gives me now "no shipping record" and DHL says they have no idea about the package.

Any more ideas?
