Hello! I notice a few of my parcels have been delayed.

RG086827312CN
RG090164067CN

They are sent out about the same time, but I have yet to receive updates for about 11-12days now. Is this normal?

My parcels that were sent out on a later date already arrived in my country.

the status of these two parcels are normal. now is rush season, processing time in airport and customs is slow. you need some patient.

RG090164067CN has been on status- Sent to Airline since the 22nd November.

Is this normal? How come flight is so long?

RG036033677CN as well.

All three stuck at customs since the 22nd/ 23rd November, why is it clearing so slow.

As for RG090164067CN- it has been "Sent to Airline" on 22nd.
Then change to "Export Customs Scan" again on the 23rd.

Please reply if its normal? None of the sellers are helpful.

now is rush season, too many parcels are lining up for customs clearance. that is why they are delayed.
