I have purchased a product from newdress.com on 27-11 (the parcel has shipped to Algeria)

the parcel number is RM658074975CN

track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows that the parcel had left China on 06-12

on 21-12 I have spoken with the help Center of newdress and their response was :

"you will get your parcel in a few days, ship man will call you and send your parcel to your

house" but No one called me and the parcel did not arrived yet

Is this delay since the day of purchase is normal, and can anyone explain to me that

now is rush season. shipping time to Algeria might take 6 weeks after leaving china. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection.

Delivery in India takes 20 to 50 days.
ordered jan 1, parcel sent jan 13 and left china on jan 17.
So 20 to 50 days from jan 17 😉
Expect a tracking update only after Indian customs inspection
