I work with these people for more than 4 years. But this is first time I have this problem and I'm very disappointed they do not do so much to help me. These are 6 packages with very expensive items. :/

THOSE PARCELS HAVE NOT MOVE MORE THAN TWO WEEKS
LAST PLACE EXPORT CUSTOMS SCAN THEN IMPORT SCAN??

CP parcels are surface parcel which moves very very slow. it is common that status stuck for 2 to 4 months without any changing.
