My package has been stuck in Guangzhou since 29.01.2016. Does anybody has an idea why ? THANK YOU in advance!

Package due to Chinese New Year Holiday you need to be patient. It might of left China Already. You might not get tracking numbers for 30-60 days. You need to wait.

I think its time to start worrying... 35days its too long for a package from China to Singapore... even with Chinese new year... Can I get a response from somebody working in Chinapost ? Thank you in advance!

I am also waiting for my package RJ688866615CN now for 34 days. It was supposed to take 31 days to arrive. where is my package. it was sent on 18.01.2016

I suggest you open a dispute ASAP as the package is very likely to be lost. But please note that China Post is no longer have control of your package. The package is in the hands of Singapore Post or the Customs in Singapore. I suggest you contact Singapore Post and also open a Dispute ASAP.

My Package is also stuck I ordered on the 15th and they were shipped on the 17th however it still hasn't arrived in the U.K. And has been in China for 2 weeks. The Seller assured me that they would come in 10 days from ordering to my doorstep but they get aren't even in the UK yet . Does anyone think they can explain what's happening or give me an estimate ?. The seller said they were not in customs Tracking Number :LX258261994CN

LX258261994CN is ok. now is holiday season, you might need wait one or two more weeks to get it.
