My parcel with tracking no: RD417217254CN , RJ287749308CN
For about 10 days it's stay in export customs scan status and have no any update
Why have no any progress yet?
and my parcel do not have batteries or copy right issues

now is rush season, processing is slow. stuck in ECS status within 4 weeks is quite common.you need some patient.

OK. but do you think can I deliver my parcel within 4-8 days if I use express shipping companies like UPS or TNT from China to United Arab Emirates ? I want to buy from aliexpress

DHL,TNT should be ok. however, you should make sure the seller can ship the goods in time. It is common for aliexpress seller to delay shipment for 5 to 10 days.
