my package has been in customs in china since October 18th. the status has not changed until today. the recipient does not respond to my emails. What can I do now?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CY535501037DE arrived in Guangzhou customs on Oct 16. It is waiting for customs clearance. You need ask receiver call china post 11185 and arrange pickup the item from China Post guangzhou head office.
