Hello. I have bought one pair os sandals from eleluna. The item arrived and surprise! Completely diffrent and very bad quality. After a dozen emails i got the return adress and sent the item. Since then RH391781072PT is stopped and the seller wants me to resolve the customs issue.

What can i do?

RH391781072PT arrived China customs on Jun 17 but never left there.It seems that the parcel was lost.

If you have insurance with your local Portugal post , you need claim insurance compensation for lost parcel .
