i track a package from china n RV601397338CN and in the tracking sistem of italian post office is written: "Reported problems during the customs verification for missing invoice". the customs is in china because the italian post office said that the package is not arrived in Italy. what i can do? I tried to get in touch with the seller but he is not responding for now. help me

RV601397338CN is hold in China customs. It should have same safety or legal problem. what is the item inside?

not sure why customs hold your item. i suggest you wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen. if you can not get new status other hand "hold in customs", you need open dispute for non-arrival order.
