Hello, I've ordered a package some time ago (about a month ago) and the shipping data hasn't updated since October and I just wanted to know what's going on with it here is my tracking number that was given to me (86004865135). If you could get back to me it would be appreciated.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
