Please tell me where this package is and when will it be delivered.
States it is in Frankfurt departure from international office, no attempt to contact me or attempted delivery.
Parcel was sent in July and not yet delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP409386636CN shows the parcel arrived destination on Oct 8. It is in the hand of Germany Post(DHL paket). Please contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
