Says export customs cleared at Guangzhou on Sep 23rd. Where is my parcel please??

You must ask your seller to find out whether the parcel was stucked at Chinese customs.
The seller has to clear it so that the customs can let the parcel go.

Don't wait too long until your protection time from the website you bought the item are over,
you will lost money.
