I posted a parcel CP363609167CN to the UK from Huizhou on May 13. The tracking shows it at Shanghai airport on May 22. There is no information after that. It is now July 5. What should I do?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive UK in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not get any information about such parcel after it left China. China Post worker can not answer your question because they don't know answer either. If you need to ship important or valuable item, do not use such sea/land combined CP parcel.

right now you can not do anything, please be patient and waiting.
