Hi, we have a parcel from Guangzhou the 27th of Jan, and up to now we still not receive anything ?
What i know is that it has left Guangzhou Feb 2nd and arrived Shanghai Feb 6th and left Shanghai )it seems so) Feb 6th, trucking number is: CP321822742CN

parcel number starting with CP is surface parcel which is very cheap and slow service. You should avoid to use surface parcel which might take up to half year to arrive.

Thanks, how can it be that slow service, 6 month time ?
Shall I contact my supplier and ask them to change to a faster service ?

your seller has used wrong service and can not change it anymore. I don't think you have any way to speed up the parcel. right now you can do nothing but waiting.
