on the 31st of October I issued my package in Shanghai to Germany. Eversince the 1st of November there has been no update at all about the package. Where is it?

Your parcel is surface parcel which goes through sea. It might take 3 to 6 months to reach Germany from china. you can not see new status after it left china.
