Is it still in China?! I am the shipper. Still hasn't been 60 days.

Can I still get a hold of it and ship it? What's happening?! :(

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "Beijing Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (RET,退因:39)". Your parcel was rejected in airport for safety or copyright reason. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel asap.

I have no time to explain in detail because it is difficult to explain the detail in short words.

to make things simple and clear, you only need to know following fact:
"import customs cleared (domestic transit )" = " the parcel was returned to china and you can not get the parcel anymore".

what you need to do immediately is to open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund for non-arrival parcel.
