my package was sended in 10 december from Poland to China and now is 36 days and i don't know where is! someone may help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from Poland to China On Dec 12 2018. But it has not arrived China yet.

once they have arrived China, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show china location.

but sorry is normal that package still not arrived? is 36 says normale was 16 days!
