Please provide an update on my order. I ordered from what I thought was a US site 17 days ago. No updates in that time and the CP tracking site does not even show my order entered in the system. This will be the last time I order from a Chinese company if this is the kind of customer service we can expect. Please update my order. Thanks.

LL390242451CN is an invalid tracking number. Your seller did not ship you anything. you might be scammed.

Buying from China is not a bad idea as long as you order from big website such as Aliexpress, eBay,Amazon etc which has buyer protection policy. You should stay away from those risky website which has no-contact-name, no-address, no-phone-number website.
