Hello,

I've tried looking over the internet for answers, but I'm confused on the status of my package. On this site, it has been showing Export Security Scan since October 27th 2014. Is this package still on the way or should I file a claim?

if parcel has no battery inside, no need open dispute at this time. wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive, then open dispute.
