hi there,
i ordered e-cigarette from a guy on aliexpress. he updated the order as"shipped" on 28-12-16 and i got zero update. this morning an update popped up on my screen and it was like " the item is pre-advised" did seller shipped it just now ? or did he even ship it? i chose postnl as shipping company and my package was supposed to go to netherlands and then come to turkey. (from china to netherlands then to turkey) can anyone clarify the situation for me ? thanks in advance.

1. The item is pre-advised means that Post Nl is made aware of a parcel coming their way by the seller for you.

2. It should take maybe 1 to 2 weeks for your parcel to reach the Netherlands to Post NL. During that time you will not have any tracking done to the parcel.

3. The next tracking will be done by Post NL on arrival of the parcel.
