Hi, my parcel (RV940502742CN) was ready for shipment on 06.16, and since 06.17 the status is 'collection delayed'. Can you tell me what the problem is, and how it can be resolved?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RV940502742CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I asked the seller to send my parcel. I did not receive a reply, but just a few hours later i received a new trackingcode (302202013373). Is this normal, or a sign that I'm being scammed?

302202013373 is not a china post tracking number. you might be scammed.
