if your parcel were shipped between Jan 15 to Feb 15, you should expect about 2 to 3 weeks delay.

The seller says it was shipped on Feb 16. The tracking number is not yet visible. Is it normal or do you think it is scam? RI878600772CN

it should be scam. If your seller really shipped on Feb 16. it should become trackable no later than Feb 20.
