Hi. I sent an item back to Banggood on the 25th January and they say that my parcel has not arrived back there yet. 6 weeks later I'm assuming that my parcel is either lost or stuck at Chinese customs. Assuming that my parcel is stuck at Chinese customs what is the procedure. Is it kept for so long and then destroyed OR does it get sent back to me after a while? I labelled it as electronics on the customs declaration. Banggood won't help me until the parcel arrives back there and Paypal did not help since i didn't send it with tracking. I'm just curious whether the parcel is destroyed or returned back to me here in the UK.
