Hello,
I sent a parcel (a returned item, over eBay) from Portugal to China. The tracking system (tracking no. RD721911063PT) states that there were three delivery attempts, but doesn't have any further information, since May 2nd. The receiver said he didn't receive anything and is not cooperative at all.
How does ChinaPost delivery work? Do they make three delivery attempts and then store the item at the Post Office, waiting for the receiver to pick it up? How long do they store it? I tried to contact ChinaPost, but got no response. I'd appreciate any help on this matter.

you can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post Nantou office.
