Hello I have ordered something from China and am waiting for it to be delivered to England I’m. The shipping hasn’t updated since the 18th and is it taking long?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM500829652CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until UK Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Hello, I only ordered the item on January the 13th, so how has it been shipped in November?

sorry, my typing mistake, not nov 15, it is Jan 17.
