Good day All,

Does anyone know how I can get hold of someone to find out the status of my delivery.
Tacking info was last updated on 04/11/2018 and states - Arrived [Nanjing Interchange].

Tracking number is - UN405957015CN

Any help would be appreciated.

UN405957015CN was shipped in April. Normally if you can not get it in 3 months, it must be lost. You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

Thanks for the reply, but it was only shipped on 2 November. Will wait patiently for a few weeks more..
