I have a parcel which was meant to arrive at my address on January 24th and has not. I am unable to see where my package is through ASOS tracking, which is the website my purchase is from. My tracking number is 381082571. This number is also on my email, not sure if it's necessary: XXXXXX1GB02143680601.Can someone help track my parcel so I can pick it up for redirect it.

381082571 is not like a real tracking number. you should be cautious of fraud

It is the order number I believe. Is the second number a tracking number?
Otherwise how can I find my package?

XXXXXX1GB02143680601 is not tracking number either.
