Post China post item overdue

I ordered an item from eBay with a tracking number: RH103799171CN. It's been 40 days and when I track it it shows the same status, that it's still in Beijing and it writes "null". Can I contact China post by phone or is there somewhere to see a more updated tracking of my item?

open dispute to ebay asap, i believe your buyer protection is expiring. the parcel might be lost or seriously delayed by rush season.
