5. If you can not wait anymore then just contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels so far. He might be able to tell you some info from China Post that we don't know.

1. Yes they can leave without another scan saying Beijing Departure. I have seen here the word Beijing Departure maybe 5% of the time not more then that.

2. Your parcel are not stuck in Beijing, they are in Transit meaning traveling to your country Morocco. The next scanning/tracking that you will see is the
Morocco Post information. While parcel are traveling to the destination country there is no tracking on the parcel.
