Post China Post Delivery Question

I shipped a package using US mail to a party in China.
It has a customs number on it.
What I cannot seem to locate is the proper place to contact to see if delivery was made.
All postal agencies have a minimum of out for delivery records which is essential so clients cannot falsely make claims against the post office.
Who or what office can I contact to get this information.

if you mail number starting wit L and ending with US, it can not be tracked in china, so you can not know any delivery record in china.

So then it would be possible for the china post to throw all packages sent from the US in the garbage and no way for people in the US to know? For real? No records at all? Anywhere?

of course not. You can not track parcel does not mean china post does not deliver the parcel. It is same you mail a regular airmail letter in USA. In most of the time, your recipient will receive your letter, however, you can not track and verify delivery status unless your receiver tell you.

If you want to track your parcel in China, you should use USPS register mail service(mail number starting with R and ending with US), or Express Mail (number starting with E and ending with US). China Post will scan these two parcel categories and give tracking result to public. Other USPS service will be delivered like regular letter which has no tracking and delivery record.

i have a tracking # CP321823473CN from china to the usa. how can i found out what is that shipment contains and what is the address destination? i just want to know that i got what i paid for.

unfortunately you can not know the contents of the parcel and detail address.
