5 possible reasons:

1. Sometimes there are delays for unknown reasons for about 2-4 weeks ( busy, high shopping season, holidays etc.). If no battery inside should not be a problem, beside parcels from Urumiqi at the moment.

2.Status change not always also for unknown reason, sometimes status stay in ESC, ECS or ICCW but parcel did arrived at your home. I have this experience with status Export security scan or Export custom scan for 2 -3 weeks not changed and parcel arrived at home.

3. You can call your post and ask if the parcel arrived in your country.

4. Sometimes parcels are lost. No one know why, but if the parcel did not arrive 4-6 weeks than it is lost and you should open dispute for lost parcel.

5. Sometimes tracking number did not work. Usually china post update it in 48 h after shipping. If there is no information for about max.10 days means seller did not ship it and generated a tracking number which is very easy and did not send it to china post. You should open dispute.
