This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

3. What you don't mention is if you paid extra to have the parcel sent to you by this mean. Register Air Mail parcel are much cheaper to send Oversea:

This is China Post registered airmail. Normally it will arrive destination in 2 to 8 weeks.

4. You could use DHL for Express service but it will cost you much more money then Register Air Mail.

5. I don't know what the seller is trying to do with you and the parcel!

1. If the China Post EMS Customs will not pass through your jacket, do you think that the Jacket will pass through the China Post Register Air Mail. The answer to that question is no. If one does not pass the other one will be the same thing.

2. I don't know what the seller is trying to do with you, may I suggest you get away from this seller as soon as possible, try to get your money back.

3. Also if the Jacket is has this:
All items with copyright problem such as pirate CD/DVD, replica brands clothes,shoes and accessories etc.

It will not go through China Post Customs Officer.

4. Seller might think by sending the parcel by Register Air Mail the parcel will not be so much inspected by China Post Customs Office, that might be the reason he propose that to you.

5. At this point I don't know what to say more to you about your parcel.
