1. Yes China Post has to scan the parcel incoming to China. If the parcel is not receive or not send yet, then there is no scan done.

2. As you can see as me, the last tracking is saying, the shipment will be returned. But no tracking exist as of now for the parcel.

3. I have no clue how many days or weeks you have to wait for the parcel to be scan by China Post.

4. Was there a readable return address on the parcel?

1. No impossible to contact China Post by mail, only by phone and they speak only in Mandarin.

2. I really don't know what you are trying to accomplish about the parcel returning to the seller.

3. If you are trying to get your money back, then just open a dispute and get the tracking of PostNord Sweden saying the parcel is returning back because the address is wrong.
