Please check this number RG149525465CN which is the tracking number sent to me by seller for a order from 20.09.2015. The destination country must be Macedonia.

It looks like your item failed a security check and is being returned to sender. Contact your seller or file a dispute for non-receipt.

Your seller gave you a fake number, the number of somebody else's shipment to Brazil in Apr-2015. Open a dispute ASAP.

Yes, it should have just left Guangzhou for the Philippines today:

Now that it has left China, tracking probably won't be updated again until it arrives in the Philippines and is scanned there.
