How long does it take Changsha EMS to process a single piece of mail? My package has been stuck there for 7 days now? The tracking number is: LK166114068CN

Can you elaborate on your claim "status is ok"? Where is it? And if it's at the same location as it has been for the last week, why does this one place need over a week just to process one "small" package?

it is quite normal for postal parcel stuck in one place for 2 weeks. it might be waiting for customs clearance, airline space etc. it does not mean the parcel has any problem. You can do nothing but waiting at this moment.

Hi my package is now 10 days at customs, according to PostNL, could you help me what is going on and when delivery will be to 410005 ChangSha?
It is just a sleeping part of a baby stroller as a gift, so nothing special at all.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows your parcel just arrived China today. it should be delivered within one week.
