http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH102276244US shows the parcel arrived China on July 23 . it stuck in Guangzhou customs for one month and failed delivery. China Post returned this item to USA on Sep 15.

Is there any way to find out why it had failed delivery???? Could it be due to a fake address? Thatvcompany is known for scamming.

We don't know the failure delivery reason. It is very likely that your receiver does not want this item.

If this is a paypal purchase return, actually you can escalate the dispute to paypal, tell them that return has arrived China but seller refuse to accept the return. I believe Paypal will refund you money.
