Post cant find parcel/no tracking information

i bought my wedding dress ondhgate from weddingwear and I was told that it takes 36-48days for me to get the dress, at last count it was now over 70days, I keep tracking the gown but there is nothing from the time that the dress was last scanned in Gangzhou and its more than a month now since it was scanned there. the seller has confirmed that the parcel left china and is enroute. my local post office informed me that. tracking number is RL037481040CN

shipping to S.A is slow. you might need to wait another one or two weeks.
