Post Cannot track parcel

I had placed an order through Amazon.in on 21st June and I got notified that the product has been shipped on 22nd June. The tracking number provided was AZ860248508CN but I cannot track the product. I try tracking daily but there has been no update whatsoever. Please assist me or advise me on what o do or how can I track the product. Thank you.

AZ860248508CN is invalid number. Your seller has not shipped the goods yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to amazo against fraud.

Could it be possible that the provided tracking id is wrong and the parcel has been already shipped?

without correct tracking id, how can you know if your parcel is shipped? The purpose of tracking number is to help you verify if the shipment is real or fake.
