Hi,

I sent a parcel using Royal Mail to Guangdong - it is currently in Beijing.
Is there any way I can add a phone number to this parcel so the postal company/delivery man can contact the recipient, as they are worried that the parcel won't arrive as I wrote the address in English.

I sent using International signed - do you think this parcel should arrive without this phone number?

If there is any way I can add this number or even the chinese address to the parcel please let me know. I have the tracking number RU735509036GB

2. Your parcel is still moving in China, no you can not add a phone number, your address in English would be fine. Worst case scenario that the recipient will have to go and pick up the parcel at a post office.

3. Just keep tracking your parcel until you can see where the parcel is landing, which post office, they might also try to deliver the parcel.
