Hi, can anyone advise please? Tracking number;86920821404110, shows it is in my country since 31/10/2017 but I have not received and postal system in my country have no record or receipt nor do they recognize this tracking number, help?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
