Good morning,
I sent the parcel CP017253043PT from Portugal to Shenzhen.
The adress is:
Filipe Cláudio Neto Maia
Room 103 Building 4
Shenzhen Bay Garden
Nanshan District
518000 SHENZHEN
CHINA
The trace informs unsuccessful delivery.
Is it possible to know the adress or phone where the parcel is on deposit?

Many post office clerks does not understand where is Shenzhen Bay Garden. So you'd better write address in Chinese. now you should ask the recipient to 11185 and pickup the parcel. if 11185 can not help you, the parcel will be returned to Portugal.

Hi there. Can you please tell me which post office this package is being held at RU314192944GB. The seller seems to be willing to pick it up, but she doesn't know where to pick it up from.

Please help me.

I sent back some Virgin Brazilian hair back to seller because I wasn't happy with the product. The tracking shows me that the parcel is stuck with Guangzhou Import Security since the 3rd of June 2014. The product was sent from UK on the 15th of May 2014.

Is it ever going to arrive or should I forget it all together?

11185 will tell him where to pickup the parcel.

I sent a parcel from Canada on November 11 2014 to my daughter in Wuhan China to her school she is working at. When I track Canada post track it does not show China track number. It has been 6 weeks today and that was what I was told it takes. How do I get track number? PLEASE HELP

when you ship the goods, Canada Post should give you a receipt with a tracking number on it.

They did but when I put the number in Canada Post site it shows when it left Canada and not showing in China yet and it has been 6 weeks now.
