rh058079826cn, parcel been stuck at inward exchange office for nearly 4 weeks? What do i do? Also, another parcel i ordered from a different seller has been stuck for 3 weeks RG068192048CN. What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels are in UK now. You should contact Royal Mail and see delivery detail. Parcels are in their hands.
