1. There is 2 choices here, either the parcels are lost/misplace or Ukraine post did not scan your parcels yet. The parcels might still be in the Ukraine Inbound Warehouse awaiting to be scan by Ukraine Post.

Hi. My problem is same. Did you use taobao agent?
