I have been worked with China more than 5 years. But such situation with China Post delays for the first time. Usually it takes 15-18 days to come to Ukraine. Now it is terrible.
Look please these singles
CP338070083CN
CP338070239CN
CP338070208CN
CP338072495CN
CP337068772CN
The last one from 12th September flight out and no information. No refund.
Only big losses:( All packages are allready paid
Maybe somebody also has such difficulties? Can we cooperate together? How to find contacts of personnal who can help to find our parcels.
I really don't know what do. I have written official inqiury from the post office (about 2 usd per shipment).
I'm at a loss. My customers require a refund or receive goods, which I do not have :(

They are not necessarily lost. your parcel is surface parcel which might travel 6 months to arrive.

1. CP number are surface mail:
format 2: the number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

2. There is 2 type of surface mail:

SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

SURFACE: a parcel is transported via land and sea transport. It is cheap, but takes 40 – 70 working days.

I write to you it is not SAL. I saw declaration. With official rate of AIR rates
So I am worried. On the custom's declaration there is a mark with 'AIR' and it was paid and price is shown for "AIR", not SAL

1. Well then they did not put the right tracking number for your parcel.

2. CP numbers are China Post registered surface mail, Maybe on this page you could find some info:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

I pay with discount rate but it is really big disappointment of the year :(
