I am expecting a package from SFO, USA. It has arrived and my tracking says "attempted delivery" ... but my janitor never received the mailman nor a notice about the delivery. What to do?

CJ463994834US is in China Post office 南京西路 branch. You should contact them to pickup the parcel.

Contact them? Telephone? What number? They didn't leave any notice. Or should I go to the Nanjing office?

China Post 南京西路 office is in Shanghai,not Nanjing. According to baidu.com, its address is 上海市南京西路698号. You can call china post hotline 11185 for detail.

I've called several times. And I am given different and contradicting information every time. Once they told me it's held up in customs, another time that it was wrongly sent to the Nanjing Lu office ... they don't have a clue and the service is very bad ... meanwhile another notification about "Attempted Delivery" showed up in my tracking log.
I just can't believe that this is happening in the 21st century

While I see these "Attempted Delivery" notifications appear in my tracking log, I haven't received any paper or note about it.

the parcel moved to china post office in 大宁 Road. You can use baidu.com to search the post office address.
