Hi,

I sent a package from Hungary to China because of warranty issues.
My TN is: RR266774995HU

Could you help me translating this sentence: 投递南油?

Also, it says they attempted a delivery at 2016-03-16 14:19:59.0 (China time). Now it was 2 days ago, so I thought I would ask the shop if the package was arrived. They said it wasn't there yet.

So I'm asking that will there be another status (like "delivered" or something) on the tracking, or should I just wait for now?

投递南油 is the name of a China Post branch. the parcel should have been delivered. If you did not get the parcel, go to China Post 投递南油 office and inquiry what happened.

Thanks for the quick answer, but you missunderstood something, Because im in Hungary and i sent the parcel back to China :) so i cant go into the 投递南油 office. But atleast i know that it arrived to the post office and they tried to deliver it. Now i dont know where it could be. Beacuse the shop said it wasnt there and there isnt any new status on tracking that it is "delivered" only "attempt" so i think they couldnt deliver it because of something.
