Hello,

I have a tracking number and the last update was on 8/20 that the item was at departure export customs SHENZHEN EMS. The site that was shipping the item said that the "Item could not be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another attempt".

I have no idea how to contact China Post to arrange another attempt, or what was even wrong to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would you be able to assist?

Tracking number is: LW653787869CN

LW653787869CN was reshipped on Aug 20. It should be outside china now. You need wait abt 2 to 4 weeks to get it in USA.

sorry to jump on your post but I am unable to figure out how to post my question in here. My package hasnt been updated since the 26th, can you let me know if everything is ok

Hi, why 7-14 days is that when it will be in the US? Has it past customs?

7-14 days will be when it passed customs (It did not yet)

USA customs are very slow, especially at this moment with high volume. Thats why it could take up to 7-14 days.
